- The blueprint. Your departments mapped to the modules of an owned system, in the order that pays back fastest.
- The readout. A recorded walkthrough with you, and a Sprint plan if you want one.
What you walk away with
You keep everything, whether or not you build: the ledger, the blueprint, and a profile of your business written so any builder or AI can build from it.
